Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Customer Finding Agent (“the Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

The Service

The Service discovers publicly listed businesses for a sector and location, scores their fit, and lets you contact them by email (via your connected Gmail) and WhatsApp. You are responsible for how you use the leads and the messages you send.

Acceptable use & outreach compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws when sending outreach, including KVKK (Turkey), GDPR, and CAN-SPAM. You must have a lawful basis for contacting recipients, include accurate sender information, honor unsubscribe / opt-out requests, and not send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content. You will not use the Service to spam, harass, or scrape data in violation of third-party terms.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Connected integrations (Google, WhatsApp) are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Lead data is sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate or incomplete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the outcome of any outreach you send.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
